Horn Book Review

Elena and her friends hope to escape the supernatural horrors of their hometown when they leave for college. Naturally, witch Bonnie's crush turns out to be a werewolf and Matt's secret academic society is a front for vampire recruiters. As usual, petty conflicts (and Elena's ongoing love triangle with vampire brothers Stefan and Damon) take center stage, but the change of scenery is welcome. (c) Copyright 2012.
