Horn Book Review

Eight-year-old Angeline is a sixth grade 'genius' who desperately wants to fit in - even her widowed father has trouble talking with her. Then she meets Gary and his teacher and finally finds some friends. The book is plagued by poor writing, a bland plot, and stereotypical one-dimensional characters. (c) Copyright 2010.
